Dashboard update: Rearrangeable widgets
Your Dashboard widgets can now be rearranged, allowing you to put important information right where you need it. Just click the top of the widget and drag it to a new position. We also updated the look of some widgets to be more consistent with the rest of the Dashboard. Learn more.
Contact record update: Deselect a contact’s type
The Lead, Client, and Other contact types at the top of a contact record and on the Add a contact form can now be deselected. You now have added flexibility for categorizing contacts that supports evolving business relationships. Changing the contact’s type will also update Keap’s default Lead and Client lists. Learn more.
Advanced Automations update: Outcome options for Tasks
Keap Pro and Max users now have more ways to trigger automation from tasks. We’ve enhanced the Advanced Automation Builder’s task completed goal to allow you to create different automation paths depending on task outcomes, such as if a lead was qualified or requires more follow up. Learn more.
GDPR and request to be forgotten updates
As of March 17, 2021, Keap has modified our data protection features for handling privacy requests. You will continue to be able to modify or erase contact information when a request is received, however the ability to systematically anonymize contacts has been removed. Learn more.
