Keap has upgraded its service with Stripe and this upgrade requires some action from you. Completing this action will create a sub-Stripe account under your main Stripe account that funnels all of your Keap-related transactions through it. Doing this does not impact any of your available funds, deposits, or pricing with Stripe. This also ensures that you will not experience a lapse in your ability to take payments and it also makes it so that you’re able to take advantage of future improvements that we release.
Upgrading this connection requires you to log into your Keap account and navigate to the payment processing page. You will then click “Upgrade” as seen below to start the process. It will take you through a sub-account creation process and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
