Default contact groups for other and no contact type
Previously in the Groups section, there were only two default options for Leads or Clients. We’ve added two more default options including Other and No Contact Type to help you organize your contacts without needing to worry about tagging or manually creating additional groups. Learn more
Bug fixes
Merge fields were not populating in 1:1 text message templates sent from the contact record when that was the first text message sent to that number
User created 1:1 text message templates were missing from the list when selecting a template from the Comms tab
Sent Advanced Automation emails displayed the word "Missing" in place of the signature and footer when the email editor was viewed again after clicking the "Next - Ready" button
