Advanced Automations update: Segment contacts by Email Status
Good news for Keap Pro users! You can now use decision diamonds to segment contacts by their Email Status. When configuring a Decision Diamond, add a rule for a Contact’s Contact Fields and select Email Status. Filtering your automation based on email status will let you be confident that your contacts are receiving the appropriate follow up, whether it’s an email or manual outreach. Learn more.
