Email fields are currently not labeled the same on the contact import and send a broadcast field matching areas. This may cause confusion of you are trying to map to other email address fields.
There are three email address fields in Keap: "Work email", "Personal email", and "Other email."
When importing or sending a broadcast, you have the option of selecting "Email", "Email 2" or "Email 3."
The correct mapping is as follows:
- Email = Work Email
- Email 2 = Personal Email
- Email 3 = Other Email
This will be fixed in a future release.
