Unexpected service disruption 9-21-2023

RESOLVED: Multiple pages in Pro, Max and Max Classic are inaccessible starting at 6:21 PM PST on September 21, 2023

We experienced a service outage for most of our features at 6:21 PM PST on September 21, 2023, which caused multiple pages in Pro, Max, and Max Classic to be inaccessible. 

As of 8:04 AM PST on September 22, 2023 all systems are now back online and functioning. Our team will be actively monitoring performance throughout the day as normal customer traffic increases to ensure no loss in performance. 

Please note: email sending was backed up for a period of time during this outage. No emails were lost, and we are now catching up on delivering these emails.

Email deliverability: Backed up for a period of time, but no emails were lost. We’re catching up on delivering those emails. 

Payments: No disruption in payment processing.

APIs: No disruption in API calls/integrations. 

Campaign Builder/Advanced Automations: No disruption in accessing the builder.
