We are improving our Text and Voice offerings and providing this documentation to help you get started. We are currently providing SMS for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Due to unique marketing requirements specific to each country, the first step you will need to take is to complete verification.
It is very important to get started on the verification process as it is currently taking 5 to 7 business days for the US and Canada, and 2 to 3 weeks in the United Kingdom and Australia. Once your verification is approved, you will be able to select your number and begin using our native SMS offerings.
