What to know
- The sequence count calculation "beyond 30 days" will now only include contacts that entered into the sequence during the selected time period. This adjustment aligns the "beyond 30 day" calculations with the "current 30 days and under" calculation.
- The new sequence count calculation differs from the historical "beyond 30 days" calculation in that the old calculation included contacts that were active in the sequence prior to the start of the selected range.
- If you wish to see sequence counts similar to the old calculation, simply expand your range to include the oldest possible start date. It is important to note that this change only impacts the sequence counts beyond 30 days (as shown below), no other reports or calculations will be changed.
