This document outlines what is included when an email broadcast is installed from one app to another, using Solution Launchpad.
What’s included?
The following data is included when installing an email broadcast:
- Broadcast name (subject)
- Subject line
- Preview text
- Schedule
- Note: If the scheduled date is in the past, the broadcast will default to “send right away” when it’s opened.
- Design / Layout / Content
What’s NOT included?
The following data is not included when installing an email template:
- Custom sender (defaults to contact owner)
- Audience configuration (coming soon)
- User-specific email signatures (defaults to contact owner signature)
- Uploads that are unused in the email
Email Broadcast Dependencies
When configuring an email broadcast, it’s possible to reference other items, which will also be included in your install. Supported dependencies:
Behavior Notes:
The appointment block is currently unsupported, and sharing via Solution Launchpad will fail if this is used.
