Keap Mobile Business Line: Set up your phone number

How to set up your Keap phone number

  1. Navigate to the Communications center

  2. To start setting up a phone number,  you will have to accept the terms of service. Click to see how to view the "Terms of service"

  3. Tap the checkbox to accept the terms of service


  4. Tap Set up now

  5. You will have to accept the explicit consent conditions

Setting up a Keap Business Line (available in the United States only)

  1. Select an area code

  2. After entering an area code, a list of five numbers will appear

  3. You can select a number OR tap on Load more if you want to see more options for phone numbers

    You can see as many as 100 numbers

  4.  Once you select a number you'll see an option to confirm your selection:

Verifying your phone

After confirming your phone number selection, you'll have to verify your device's phone number so that calls will be properly forwarded

  1. Enter your mobile number

  2. Tap Send code

  3. You'll receive a message with a 6-digit verification code.  Enter the verification code, check the mark confirming you entered the correct code, and tap Done.

  4. Click Done once you've verified your phone number and you are ready to start using your new number!

FAQ

Once I select a phone number for Keap Business Line can I change or remove it? 
Yes, however you will have to submit a request to our mobile team to change or remove your Keap Business Line number. You can contact the Keap Mobile Team by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Communications by tapping the phone icon
  2. Select the Messages tab
  3. Search for or select Keap Mobile Team
  4. Send a message explaining that you would like to change or remove your Keap Business Line number

What is the purpose of the phone number verification?
The phone verification will get enable inbound and outbound phone calls to connect with your new phone number. 

I am testing my business line and the call is going straight to voicemail. Why doesn't it work on my phone?
If you attempt to call your Keap Business Line from the same device that is receiving the forwarded Keap phone calls, your call will go straight to voicemail. Be sure to test your new business line with a different device.

Can I add additional business lines?
At this time, only one business line can be active per Keap account.
