Keap Mobile iOS: Managing contacts

Our mobile app for iOS lets users add or access customer info, tasks, and notes on-the-go, keeping you prepared and ensuring you make a winning impression with customers. Mobile reminders and alerts prevent you from missing important to-do's.  


Viewing contact details

  • Navigate to Contacts

  • Tap on a contact

  • Tap on the "Details"

Editing contact details

  • Tap on "Details"

  • Tap "Edit"


Adding Contact Details

By tapping the + you can add 

  1. phone numbers

  2. email

  3. create a custom field

  4. add additional information

  5. scroll to the bottom to delete contact record

Supported types of custom fields for mobile app: 

  • Checkboxes
  • Currency
  • Date
  • Day of the week
  • Decimal number
  • Dropdown
  • Email
  • Month
  • Percent
  • Phone numbers
  • Radio buttons
  • State
  • Text 
  • Text area
  • User
  • Website 
  • Whole number
  • Year
  • Yes/No


Company field

  • Navigate to a contact


  • Tap on the avatar to edit the details


  • The "Company" field is located under "General"


Company Name does NOT exist

If you follow the steps above but do not have a company field this simply means there is no data saved. Follow the steps below to add the company.

  • Tap on the avatar to edit the details


  • Tap on the company field


  • Start typing the new name of the company

    • To add a new company start typing the company name and you will see an option to "+ Add company xxxxx"

  • Tap on company name or tap + Add company xxxxx if adding a new company


  • Tap on "Done"


I made a typo and need to edit the company name, how do I do that? 

At this moment you cannot edit or delete a company name. You can create a new one with the correct spelling. Future versions of the app will address the editing or deleting of companies. 


Adding Addresses

Address will auto complete as you type using Google's Auto Address Complete feature.

  • Tap on Address field 1 in any of the address types (Shipping, Billing, Other)
  • Start typing the address you would like to save

Calling a contact

  • Navigate to Contacts

  • Tap on a contact

  • Tap on the Call button

  • If contact has multiple phone numbers, select the phone number you would like to call

  • Tap on Call

Creating a call during or after a call

  • Navigate to Contacts

  • Tap on a contact

  • Tap on the Call button

  • If contact has multiple phone numbers, select the phone number you would like to call

  • Tap on Call

  • When call is made the Keap app will automatically bring up a new note. You can write this during or after your call

Texting a contact

  • Navigate to Contact

  • Tap on the Text button




Note: when a phone number has been selected, your text will go out of your phone's native text messaging app.
