Our mobile app for iOS lets Infusionsoft users add or access customer info, tasks, and notes on-the-go, keeping you prepared and ensuring you make a winning impression with customers. Adding Tasks

  • Navigate to Tasks

  • Tap on Add a task

  • Name task

Adding Tasks with due dates and push notification reminders

  1. Set a Due date
  2. Set reminder
  3. Setting a reminder will enable a push notification
  4. Tap Done

Pro Tip! If account has more than one user, reminders will only be set once user is selected

Adding Tasks in a contact record

  • Navigate to Contacts
  • Tap on a contact
    • Tap on the More button
    • Tap on Tasks
    • Once a Note is created for a contact, tap on the Notes Activity card
